Imperial Range IHR-G18-2-C Heavy Duty Gas Range

Description

The Imperial Range IHR-G18-2-C is a 36″ gas unit that combines (2) open burners, an 18″ griddle, and a convection oven in one footprint. Standard cast iron “S” grates hold heavy pots and pans. The griddle features a 1″ thick plate and a 4″ wide grease gutter with a 1-gallon can capacity. The convection oven uses a 1/2 HP blower motor and a porcelain interior, and includes (3) chrome racks.

Operational details include manual controls and a removable crumb tray. The exterior features a stainless steel front and sides, a 5″ deep landing ledge, plus a backguard and kick plate. Leveling is handled by 6″ legs with adjustable feet. Rated at 155,000 BTU and 45 kW, the IHR-G18-2-C connects at 120v/60, 6.0 amps and is cETLus, ETL, and NSF listed.
