Description
The Imperial Range IHR-GT36-XB spec series heavy duty range features a gas, 36″ wide griddle with a 1″ thick plate. Thermostatic controls manage the griddle, and total output is 90,000 BTU (26 kW).
This unit includes a 4″ wide grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity to collect runoff. An open cabinet base with a bottom shelf is built in. Construction details include a stainless steel front and sides, a 5″ deep landing ledge, and an integrated backguard and kick plate. The unit stands on 6″ legs with adjustable feet and is listed cETLus, ETL, and NSF.
