Wavy grates support steady pan movement, and standing pilots keep burners ready for rushes. Battery spark ignition on the ovens helps maintain workflow through repeated cycles.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf stages pans and tools, while stainless steel front and sides and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling. Includes one rack per oven and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
