Sear on the front while simmering sauces on the rear, griddle pancakes or burgers left, and roast or finish in the oven with battery spark ignition. A standing pilot keeps the range ready between turns. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf stages pans, smallwares, or plated components within reach.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf simplify cleanup, and 6-inch adjustable legs aid leveling and floor access. Standard grates and one rack are included. Certified cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF; qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ program.
