Description
The Southbend 4603AD-6L is a 60-inch gas restaurant range engineered to keep high-volume kitchens moving efficiently. Nine top burners paired with dual ovens—one standard and one convection—let you execute diverse menus within a compact footprint. With a total input of 388,000 BTU, it supports simultaneous sautéing, roasting, and baking during peak service.
Configure stations with (3) star/sauté burners on the front left, (2) pyromax burners on the rear left, and (4) star/sauté burners on the right. A standing pilot keeps the tops ready, while battery spark ignition lights both ovens quickly. Use the convection cavity for batches and the standard oven for everyday roasting or finishing.
Four racks are included to stage pans across both ovens, and a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf offers convenient holding space. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling. CSA and NSF listed; qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
