Two standard ovens with battery spark ignition manage baking, roasting, and finishing so the line stays clear for saute and grill work. Standing pilots help crews relight quickly through peak periods. This model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ program.
Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf, it withstands daily volume and keeps tools within reach. Six-inch adjustable legs allow precise leveling for proper cleaning alignment. With 286,000 total BTU, it supports demanding, high-volume service.
