Operators gain clear, at-a-glance status via cooking and ignition indicator lights, a water sight glass, and a pressure gauge. Safety-forward design includes a low water shut-off with indicator light, pressure relief valve, pressure switch, and a gas shut-off valve to help protect staff and product.
Crank tilt simplifies portioning into hotel pans or kettles on the line, improving workflow and minimizing waste.
