The Southbend 4606AA-2CL is a 60-inch gas Ultimate Restaurant range engineered for high-volume line production. Its cooktop pairs three front-mounted star/sauté burners with two rear pyromax burners, plus a 24-inch left-side charbroiler to sear, sauté, and grill on one platform. Dual convection ovens expand capacity for roasting, finishing, and baking during peak service.
Speed ticket times by grilling proteins on the charbroiler while sauces reduce over the star burners and stockpots roll on the pyromax section. Each convection oven includes three racks to stage multiple sheet pans or hotel pans for batch cooking and par-bake workflows. A standing pilot keeps the top ready, while the ovens light with battery spark ignition.
