It combines two 28,000 BTU open burners with a 48-inch left-side griddle featuring thermostatic controls, plus two convection ovens to handle sautéing, grilling, baking, and roasting at the same time.

Boost throughput on the lunch rush by searing on the burners while batch-cooking on the griddle and finishing in the ovens. Snap action thermostats help maintain consistent oven temperatures, while the griddle’s thermostatic control supports repeatable results for pancakes, smash burgers, and sautéed vegetables.

Designed for daily durability, this range features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, a 4-inch front rail, and 6-inch adjustable legs. Removable cast iron grates, two crumb drawers, and a hinged lower valve panel streamline cleaning and service, and each oven includes two racks to optimize pan capacity.
