The Vulcan 36C-36G Endurance restaurant range streamlines high-volume cooking with a 36″ full-width griddle built on a rugged 7/8″ thick plate. Manual controls help chefs dial in heat quickly for eggs, smash burgers, pancakes, and seared proteins across the entire surface. A 95,000 BTU gas system delivers responsive performance from breakfast through the dinner rush.

Beneath the griddle, the convection oven expands your menu and pacing. Roast, bake, or finish griddle-seared items in the same footprint to tighten workflow and cut steps. Staging from griddle to oven keeps tickets moving during peak periods.

Built for the rigors of line service, this range features a stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf over a fully MIG welded chassis. A 4″ front grease trough speeds cleanup and keeps the work zone clear. 6″ adjustable legs simplify leveling and provide clearance for sanitation.
