Six open burners—three star/sauté up front and three non-clog in the rear—pair with a right-side 24-inch thermostatic griddle to streamline ticket flow. A convection oven and cabinet base consolidate cooking and storage to maximize valuable footprint.
Sear proteins and toss sides on the star burners while simmering sauces on the rear set. Dial precise griddle temperatures for breakfast batches, smash burgers, or finishing melts. The convection oven with battery spark ignition tackles high-volume roasting and baking.
Built for the line, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean easily, and a 22-1/2-inch flue riser shelf stages pans within reach. Standing pilot readiness and 6-inch adjustable legs support quick starts and level installation. This unit delivers 278,000 BTU and carries cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings; it also qualifies for Southbend’s Service First program (see program document for details).
